Nobody has a "perfect" body, but we should love our own regardless.
This is the message one mum is trying to show with her powerful social media content. Sarah Nicole Landry boasts over 2million followers on Instagram and she's known for sharing body positive advice, but her recent pictures are nothing short of stunning.
The proud mum recently posted some pictures that are unlike the snaps you usually come across on social media. They are natural, unposed, unedited and reveal her body at angles that a lot of people wouldn't usually highlight.

While one snap showed her modelling a black bathing suit, others showed her at unflattering angles. She also shared some pictures of her in swimwear and crop tops to flaunt her natural tummy, cellulite and lumps and bumps.
Sarah also showcased the stretch marks on her tummy that she's proud to have. After carrying four children, she knows how amazing her body has been to grow so much new life.
She shared the pictures to encourage other women to love their bodies, as pictures don't always expose reality.
Writing on Instagram, Sarah said: "Reminder – you're not a still moment you are a moving, breathing, folding, sagging, bending, soft and beautiful thing. Each moment will take a new shape and new image and that is OK.
"So, when 'is this what I look like?' hits when you see a photo of yourself that feels unrecognisable remember – yes. That is. And a million other moments more.
"The moments my chins double when I laugh and smile hard. The way my side profile holds the memories of my children’s first home.
"The bends and folds that show themselves when I’m playing and having fun, or simply existing. The way my body is ready to share this life experience with me.
"I’m glad that is captured in the plethora of memories too. Even if it takes a quick pause to get there. If we only existed in the form of our 'best' angle? What an absolute bore that would be."
Her words seem to have touched a lot of people, as more than 40,000 people liked the post since she shared it. Her followers thanked her for opening up about body image so candidly, and praised her for helping so many other women.
One person said: "I really needed this. I was struggling after seeing pictures of me at a wedding recently, and just felt so shocked and had this 'wow I have really let myself go' moment.
"But maybe I have let myself just enjoy life more? And maybe that’s okay. Thank you so much for being authentic and sharing with us. You are absolutely beautiful."
Another wrote: "You have no idea the impact you’ve had on my life as a new mum and a woman finally loving my body how it is right now."
A third also replied: "I needed to read this this morning. It’s been a year since welcoming my daughter and my body is not the same as before. I loved how you said 'their first home'.
"Very good reminder my body did a truly amazing thing and I should never regret how I look."
