Prince Harry was joined by Oprah Winfrey as they discussed the importance of the new mental health documentary, which they worked on together. The programme, The Me You Can’t See, is available to watch now on Apple TV+.

During their appearance on Good Morning America, Prince Harry and Oprah discussed the motivation behind the documentary.

In the documentary, they discuss mental health and how it has impacted Prince Harry and other celebrity guests.

Commenting on the appearance on TV for Express.co.uk, body language expert Judi James shared her analysis.

She stated the Duke of Sussex looked upbeat and even joked with Oprah.

Judi said: “Looking smarter and more formal in his dark jacket and white shirt, Harry is seen laughing and joking again in this interview.

“He displayed upper and lower teeth in a wide smile as Oprah praised his punctuality and even dropped his head in an expression of mock-modesty.”

However, he seemed to avoid answering questions directly on his mother Princess Diana, although this is something he discusses in the documentary.

“Harry seems to swerve direct questions about his mother that have been answered in detail in his documentary here and sticks with more general advice and references to empathy,” the expert added.

This documentary is just one of many work projects Prince Harry has taken on since he stepped back from his role as a senior royal last year.

Shortly after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made the decision, they moved to California where they now live with their son, Archie Harrison.

More than a year in the States may have started to affect Prince Harry, Judi claimed as she commented on his speech.

She added he has developed “more than a hint” of an American accent which was clear during the interview.

Judi explained: “He seems to have more than a hint of a US accent here.

“And when he closes his eyes to emphasise and elongate the word ‘Soooo many people need to heal’ there are echoes of the therapy we saw him having in the documentary.”

Not only did his accent seem different, Prince Harry’s body language seemed to have gone through a transformation.

Judi suggested he was more “confident” in the latest appearance compared to when he first moved to the US.

She continued: “This is a much more confident Harry to the one we first saw on screen when he moved to the States and appeared with his wife.

“His words are more concise, his enunciation more pronounced to suggest confidence in his messages.

“And he speaks without verbal fillers, sitting with one hand on his hip to suggest a more spatial approach.”
