School of Rock fans shocked to discover two of the stars from the movie are now dating

If you’re a fan of School of Rock then you may well remember Angelo Massagli, who played Frankie in the 2003 Jack Black comedy, and Caitlin Hale, who portrayed Marta.

The hit movie came out in 2003 and quickly amassed a huge fan base, however our noughtie minds have officially been blown after finding out that Angelo and Caitlin are dating in real life.

Yes, a viral TikTok has transported us back to the early 2000’s by revealing that Angelo and Caitlin, two of the students in the iconic film, are actually dating and are still very much together.

The TikTok user in question shared a series of pictures and wrote: “Frankie and Marta from School Of Rock are a real couple?!”

She added in the caption: “Frankie and Marta from School Of Rock are a real couple?!”

And she is very correct about her findings as Caitlin and Angelo are most definitely a couple, and a scroll on Instagram proves this.

The pair appear to have started dating around 2018 when photos of the pair together began to emerge.


And people have been loving the new discovery, with one person taking to Twitter to write: “NO WAIT HOLD UP….. FRANKIE AND MARTA FROM SCHOOL OF ROCK ARE A COUPLE!!!!!! IM NOT OK.”

Another added: “Found out marta and frankie from school of rock are dating irl now and i have not been able to think of anything else since.”

A third penned: “This is the wholesome news the world needed today,” and a fourth wrote: “This made my heart happy.”

Caitlin shared a photo in March of herself in a hospital bed with Angelo watching over her.

She captioned the photo: “Happy Endometriosis Awareness month! It's been 4 weeks since my second laparoscopic endometriosis excision surgery. I can't thank Dr. Seckin, Dr. Goldstein, and the @seckinmd team enough for their attentive care and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process.

“And, of course, couldn't have done it without @angelo_massagli waiting on me hand and foot during my two weeks of bed rest!"

The pair actually reunited with their former co-stars in 2019 too, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the film – where did the time go?

Caitlin shared a photo of herself with her co-stars having drinks, and she captioned the snap: “Seven School of Rockstars walk into a bar…"

Meanwhile Zach Infante, who played Gordon in the hit film, wrote: “Fifteen years later and our #schoolofrock family is still together. Love to all our fam making moves across the country."
