Step inside Bennifer's old home, featuring a sauna, cigar room and 18 bathrooms

Obsessed with all things Bennifer?

You can now buy Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s old home, for the tidy sum of £69 million ($85m).

Set on 1.2 acres of land in the heart of Beverly Hills, the power couple rented the property before buying their current Beverly Hills Mansion in May this year.

The 12-bedroom, 1930s home is no stranger to Hollywood occupants and was owned by Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman for over two decades, before they separated in 2012 and sold it in 2015.

It’s now owned by Australian billionaire James Packer, who’s ready to pass it on to new hands. For the right price, of course.

So, what continually draws the rich and famous to this pad?

The large outdoor pool and spa, poolhouse, and outdoor dining area with an al fresco kitchen probably help.

Inside, guests are greeted with a formal living room, dining room and office, as well as a stunning view of the manicured gardens.

You’ll never have to queue for the loo if you’re entertaining, because this home includes a whopping 18 bathrooms.

And the kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a large island, top-of-the-line appliances, and private ensuite quarters for the cook.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a dual bathroom, his and hers wardrobes, as well as a private balcony, if, like Bennifer, you value peace and quiet.

There’s no need to travel to the cinema, with the screening room apparently adored by Danny DeVito still in place.

And if you want to get active, one bedroom contains a rock-climbing wall, according to the New York post, though this isn’t mentioned on the official listing.

You’ll also find a bar, games room, cigar room and a wine cellar.

The extensive 24,300 sq ft of living space sits alongside separate ensuite staff rooms with an exterior entrance, for those wishing for discreet help around the home.

There’s also a separate three-story ‘wellbeing building,’ which offers a spare bedroom and bathroom, along with a sauna, gym and bar, perfect for relaxing.

Finally, there’s two large garages, with space for eight cars.

‘What makes the property very special is that it’s in one of the best locations of Beverly Hills sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac,’ said Santiago Arana of The Agency, which is listing the property.

‘It truly is one of the most private estates you could imagine.

‘Additionally, you also have everything you need on the property with endless amenities that will satisfy the most discerning buyer.’

Well, if it’s good enough for Bennifer…
