A CRICKET superfan has travelled the equivalent of ten times around the globe watching England.

Adrian Walton, 48, has spent £250,000 and flown 270,500 miles in 25 years.

He has cheered on his heroes in Australia, India, Sri Lanka, South Africa and the West Indies.

Former bookmaker Adrian’s first away trip was to see England’s 1994/95 tour in Australia.

In South Africa in 2000 he met Denise, whom he went on to marry.

Adrian, of Chaddesley Corbett, Worcs, said: “I’ve been doing this since before the Barmy Army (supporters club) came along, but nowadays I always travel with them and it’s great craic.

“I’ve been to South Africa four times for 12 Tests, I’ve watched eight Tests in India on three trips and also to Sri Lanka three times for another eight Tests.
