Fans spot Jake Paul’s brutal taunt seconds after knocking out opponent and claim ‘this version KOs Canelo inside four’ | The Sun

JAKE PAUL fans spotted the YouTuber's savage taunt after he knocked out Andre August on Friday evening.

The internet sensation, 26, stopped his American opponent in the first round of their clash in Orlando.

Paul laid August out with a right uppercut as the 35-year-old failed to beat the referee's count before the bout was waved off.

And Paul celebrated the win by waving at August as he laid sprawled out on the canvas.

Fight fans were quick to react to the gesture on social media as they poured in with their responses.

One individual even suggested Paul could beat Mexican pound-for-pound star Saul "Canelo" Alvarez – a four-weight world champion who has 60 pro wins on his record.

Paul's win over August – who had a record of 10 wins, one defeat and one draw heading into the contest – means he has now secured two victories on the bounce.

Paul suffered his first professional loss at the hands of Love Island star Tommy Fury in February.

But he returned to the ring with a unanimous decision win over Nate Diaz in the summer.

And the swift KO of August brought up an eighth win since making his pro debut in January 2020.
