GARY LINEKER has claimed he saw Diego Maradona in the clouds – but fans aren't convinced by his claims.
The BBC presenter posted a picture of the sky on his Twitter account ahead of the World Cup Final.
Lineker will be fronting coverage of Argentina v France for the Beeblater and revealed a omen he spotted in the clouds above him before the game.
The former Leicester striker took to Twitter to share a picture of an oddly-shaped cloud in the Qatar sky.
He asked followers: "Who’s that running up above shrouded in Argentinian colours? Is Diego looking down?"
Maradona was the man largely responsible for Argentina's last World Cup win in 1986.
