MANCHESTER UNITED fans have slammed their "lazy" scouting system with new boss Erik ten Hag familiar with all of his top targets from his time at Ajax.
The Red Devils are closing in on their first two signings in the Ten Hag era in Tyrell Malacia and Christian Eriksen.
Malacia, 22, arrived at Carrington to complete his medical ahead of a £13million move away from Feyenoord.
Ten Hag was reportedly interested in signing Malacia at Ajax but opted against it due to the two clubs' rivalry.
Free agent Eriksen has also agreed to a move to Old Trafford this summer.
The Dane played for Ajax between 2009 and 2013.

Eriksen AGREES Man Utd deal, Malacia at training ground, Ronaldo absent
Eriksen trained with Ajax last season when he was regaining his fitness following his collapse at Euro 2020.
Another summer signing could be Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
United have agreed a £56.2million fee with Barca, with Ten Hag convincing De Jong to make the move.
Ten Hag worked with De Jong at Ajax before his big money switch to Barca in 2019.

A further list of linked transfer targets include Lisandro Martinez, Jurrien Timber and Antony.
All worked with the new United boss at Ajax last season, helping the club lift a 36th Eredivisie title.
And with Ten Hag targeting familiar faces, United's scouting department has come under fire, being branded "lazy".
In terms of transfers, United are now operating how they used to under legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson following the departures of senior scouts and Ed Woodward.
The Scot and executives would go through a "wish list".
One fan fumed: "Honestly I have followed this transfer saga of Frenkie de jong and I sincerely believe that the people in charge of the scouting at Man Utd are very lazy people.
"There are many other players who can play in his position especially when it's clear he doesn't want to leave [Barca]."
Another said: "Pau Torres is a good fit.
"But Man Utd don't have a good scouting team, they only follow what Ten Hag says. Don't expect much changes in coming years."
It has also left fans wondering what it'll mean for the next manager SHOULD Ten Hag fail at Old Trafford.
