CARLO ANCELOTTI is the clear frontrunner to succeed Tite and be the next Brazil manager.
That's the view of bookmakers Betfair, who make the Real Madrid boss odds-on shots at 8/15 to take on the vacant role.

Tite revealed he'd step down from his role following Selecao's disappointing World Cup quarter final exit at the hands of Croatia.
The 61-year-old had already revealed plans to quit following the tournament previously in the year but announced it officially within hours of their knockout.
Ancelotti was questioned on his desire to lead the Brazil side following Tite's departure and ruled it out at the time.
Conflicting reports last month suggested Ancelotti had told some of the Brazilian contingent at Real Madrid that he was set to leave at the end of the season to take up the role.
That report added a three-year-deal had already been agreed which would see him manage until the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
But Ancelotti's entourage and coaching staff have reportedly declined the links, with the former Chelsea and Everton boss yet to hear from the Brazil FA.
However, those initial claims appear to hold some substance now, with Ederson telling a press conference ahead of the March international break that it was a 'big possibility' Ancelotti would be managing him at national level.

He said: "I was discussing this with Casemiro, Vinicius Junior, [Eder] Militão. There is a big possibility that he comes.
"Just look at his CV. We will know shortly whether he will be here or not. I hope we can have a new coach quickly. I feel the anticipation too because there's too much speculation.
"Is it a Brazilian or a foreign coach? We are also living that phase of anxiety."
That update has forced odds on him to be the next Brazil boss to be slashed and Betfair make him 8/15.
Ramon Menezes (4/1), Jorge Jesus (15/2) and Fernando Diniz (17/2) are the closest competitors to Ancelotti.
Former Germany boss Joachim Low is 11/1 ahead of a host of huge European names in Jose Mourinho, Zinedine Zidane and Thomas Tuchel at 12/1, 16/1 and 18/1, respectively.
Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola are bigger still at 33/1.
