Premier League footballers have been seen taking well-earned post-season breaks after the final league games last weekend.

Only three clubs in the top flight have any football left to play this season, meaning most players have been free to get away.

The two Manchester clubs will still be in training as they prepare for Saturday’s FA Cup final, and City’s Champions League final the following weekend, while West Ham play their Europa Conference League final next Wednesday.

Although he will be disappointed with Arsenal’s end to the season, Martin Odegaard has still been among the most impressive players in the league this year.

He has now got away from North London with girlfriend Helene Spilling, and posted pictures of the two of them cycling and sunbathing together.

Bukao Saka has also been seen getting away to Nigeria this summer

Bukayo Saka has also been seen taking a break in Lagos, Nigeria after a stellar season that saw him score 14 Premier League goals.

Despite a chastening season for Chelsea that saw them finish in the bottom half of the table, three of their players have also been seen catching the sun.

Conor Gallagher has enjoyed a trip to Greece with his partner, with the pair stopping in Mykonos and Santorini.

The 23-year-old is expected to leave the Blues over the summer, but looked unbothered by his footballing future as he posed with Aine May Kennedy on their break.

His Chelsea teammate Ben Chilwell, who remains a key player for the Blues but has spent part of this season injured, has also been seen enjoying a yachting break in Spain.

The 26-year-old was joined on holiday by Mason Mount, who is expected to leave Chelsea this summer amid links with Manchester United.

Harry Kane has used the break to speak of his American Football ambitions

They were seen paddle boarding together, while another shot showed Mount asleep in a car.

Harry Kane has used his break from one kind of football to re-iterate his love for another, appearing on American TV to speak about his plan to become a kicker in the NFL when he retires.

‘It’s something I want to definitely explore,’ Kane told Good Morning America. ‘I know it’ll be a lot of hard work; I’m not expecting to just walk up and start kicking field goals.

‘It’ll be a lot of practice, a lot of hard work, but, yeah, it’s something I’d love to do. The NFL is something I’ve been following for about 10 years now, and I love it. So, I’d love to give it a go.’
