The 24-year-old has scored 28 goals and provided five assists in 36 appearances and looks likely to finish as the league's top scorer.
For many, Osimhen is the real deal and there's already talk of Europe's biggest clubs looking to raid Napoli in the upcoming transfer window.
But who are the leading contenders?
Chelsea lead the battle for his signature, according to bookmakers Sky Bet. They are priced at 7/2 to lure him to Stamford Bridge before the market closes in September.
The Blues are desperately seeking a new striker having added a wealth of creative players to their squad in January, and Romelu Lukaku not expected to hang around.
Manchester United are in a similar position with manager Erik ten Hag eager to bring a centre-forward to Old Trafford.

The Dutchman has been unable to rely on the fitness of Anthony Martial, while loanee Wout Weghorst could return to parent club Burnley.
Bayern Munich are considered best of the rest and the only other club available at single-figure prices.
The Bundesliga heavyweights are offered at 6/1 with Osimhen viewed as the long-term successor to Robert Lewandowski.
Bayern Munich have supposedly received a major boost in their pursuit of Osimhen, after it was revealed that his girlfriend, Stephanie, would like to return to her native Germany with their daughter.
Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are next at 16/1 and 20/1 respectively, ahead of 25/1 chances Arsenal and Newcastle.
But a deal for Osimhen will not be easy.
The player, who is contracted until June 2025, is a cult hero in Naples and club president Aurelio de Laurentiis is notoriously difficult negotiator.
Napoli paid £70million for Osimhen, making him the most expensive African player of all time. And it's thought they will upwards of £150m to green-light a sale.
