Watch UFC legend Michael Bisping choke out YouTube star Jaackmaate with MMA submission – and he taps in 'millisecond'

MICHAEL BISPING had YouTube star Jaackmaate tapping out from a chokehold in a matter of seconds.

The UFC legend went on Jaackmaate's podcast to discuss the release of of his documentary.


Naturally, his fighting career was discussed and so too were the techniques he used to become middleweight champion.

Host Jaackmaate – real name Jack Carl Dean – then bravely offered himself up to be on the receiving end of a chokehold.

Bisping, after performing the submission, joked: "He tapped pretty quick!"

Jaackmaate, 29, replied: "How long did it last."

Bisping, 43, said: "A millisecond."

The British MMA icon, who retired in 2019, scored only two submissions in his 30 wins, with 18 instead coming by knockout.

Bisping is the UK's first and so far only UFC champ and his storied career was hailed by Dana White.

The UFC president told BT Sport: "If you look at his season of The Ultimate Fighter, representing the UK and going out and doing all the things that he has accomplished.

"All the big fights that he had and then winning the title. Yeah, what an amazing career this guys had."

Former opponents Georges St-Pierre and Rashad Evans were among those to speak in Bisping's documentary.

He told the BBC: "They're legends themselves – they don't get any bigger than Georges – and for them to say what they said, it's incredibly humbling.

"Rashad Evans is actually crying because he was so proud of what I managed to do so, again, it's hard to find the right words.

"Everyone on the film said the nicest things, and I'm just an idiot from Clitheroe, do you know what I mean?

"It's amazing, it really is. Mind-blowing."
