Despite her astounding weight loss, Tammy Slaton has shared a heartbreaking comment about her looks.
The 1000-Lbs Sisters star has given fans a front-row seat into her weight loss journey on the TLC series with her sister, Amy Slaton.
She nearly died, but fans have been praising her for her dedication to her new look.
Still, there are days where Slaton still struggles with her apperance.
In a recent TikTok video, the 37-year-old made a devastating remark about her face.

In the clip, Slaton poses for the camera while relaxing on the sofa.
Then, she takes her glasses off and zooms in closer.
At the very end of the footage, she tells viewers: “I was going to say, I see the prettiness in my face. But I’d be lying.”
There are no comments below the post, but fans flocked to share their support below the reality TV star’s other videos.
“You look great. Inspirational,” one cheered.
A TikTok user agreed: “Looking fabulous.”

Slaton’s transformation has been well documented on 1000-Lb Sisters.
The show revealed the good and the bad and didn’t leave anything out.
The first half of season four focused on her return to a food rehab center after she almost died in the hospital at the end of the previous season.
After recovering, she checked back into the weight loss facility, refusing to let go of her goal.
She eventually lost almost 200lbs and was then able to have weight loss surgery to further shed the pounds.
Ever since then, she’s been able to stand unaided and without oxegen.

Speaking to People Magazine (per Metro) about her journey, Slaton explained: “I was able to make my lungs strong enough to get my trach [tracheostomy tube for breathing] out, and then recently the doctor cleared me to be off my oxygen machine during the daytime.
“Now I only wear my oxygen at night, along with my BiPap machine.
“I’m feeling great! I’m thankful to be alive, and it’s fun to be progressing as much as I am.”
Now, she wants to have a long-term relationship.
