Aljaž shares video of countryside
BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing fans went wild as Aljaz Skorjanec made a special comeback for It Takes Two on Monday night.
The 33-year-old decided to leave the competition back in 2021 after nine years on the show.
Although he’s been away from the show for two years, it looks as though he still remains part of the Strictly family.
On Monday’s episode of the spin-off, Aljaz appeared on the show in a video segment called Around the World with Aljaz.
The pro dancer revealed there are 24 countries around the world with their own version of the BBC dance show with over 200 professionals taking part.

Aljaz detailed different challenges that happen in each variation of Strictly such as in Germany where the judges step away from the panel and lead a team dance.
Although the dancer only was seen on the spin-off through a pre-recorded clip, viewers were thrilled at his return.
Taking to Twitter to share their excitement over seeing Aljaz, @ComeDanking wrote: “So nice to see Janette let Aljaz out of the cage every now and then.”
@RyanTheSoapking added: “#ItTakesTwo. An Aljaz filler segment [sic] I miss him #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”

Although Aljaz has left Strictly, his wife Janette Manrara co-hosts It Takes Two alongside Fleur East.
The last time Aljaz was on the dancefloor he was partnered with Dragons’ Den star Sara Davies.
Despite Aljaz’s absence, the professional dancers have continued to train their celebrity partners in this series with Vito Coppola storming ahead with Ellie Leach.
The duo are at the top of the leaderboard with a score of 38 after impressing the judges with their Halloween special routine.
It was bad news for Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima, who left on Sunday evening, who were also at the bottom of the leaderboard with a score of 25.
