Fenisha (played by Olivia D’Lima) recently gave birth to her son in horrific circumstances which saw the paramedic go into labour in the middle of an isolated woodland. She was rescued by the father of her child Ethan Hardy (George Rainsford), a consultant on the BBC hospital drama.

Dramatic scenes show how he was forced to talk Fenisha through the birth after he became stuck with his leg trapped in the woods.

But it seems relief at her and her baby’s recovery has been short-lived, with more scary events leaving her feeling hopeless.

Since giving birth to baby Bodhi, Fenisha has had to watch him brought back into hospital, with Ethan silently fearing that he may have passed on the Huntington’s disease gene to his son.

Their relationship had been unstable to begin with, with Ethan’s presence in the baby’s life uncertain.

Now, Fenisha is enduring more heartache over her baby, as she begins to have distressing thoughts about him.

The mother is terrified about something else happening to Bodhi, and cannot shake off her consuming fears.

In scenes due to air in this week’s episode on Saturday, March 13, Fenisha is left horrified after visualising a car hitting the baby’s seat.

She ties her scarf to her wrist and Bodhi’s pram in attempts to keep him safe, according to Digital Spy.

But this is soon followed by another frightening vision of Bodhi in danger once again by falling off the table.

Nurse Robyn Miller later reaches out to her distraught friend, and Fenisha finally reveals how she has been struggling.

She opens up to Robyn about the scary visions she is having, and she advises her to speak to Ethan.

But when Fenisha is apprehensive, Robyn decides to speak to Ethan herself. Later on, Ethan tracks down Fenisha and urges her to open up about what’s been going on.

Despite the strained relationship between the two, who haven’t had much contact other than emails since the baby was born, Ethan suggests Fenisha moves herself and Bodhi in with him.

He is pleased when she agrees to do this, and he promises to communicate better with her.

Relieved to have someone to turn to and some support with Bodhi, Fenisha feels a lot a better than she did before.

But will Ethan’s presence put a stop to her horrifying fears?

After suffering so much since her pregnancy and the traumatic birth of her son, it’s no wonder that the new mother is struggling.

Viewers will no doubt be hoping that she now gets a break and is able to enjoy time with her baby, but these scary visions threaten this ideal outcome.

And with her and Ethan forced into a close proximity, could this mean the new parents will reunite?

Casualty continues on BBC One on Saturday, March 13 at 8.20pm.
