Coronation Street spoilers: Hope horrified to face killer dad John Stape | The Sun

ELEVEN-year-old Hope Stape is embroiled in fresh drama due to her father John's crimes.

The youngster played by Isabella Flanagan comes face to face with the serial killer in a surprising way next week in Coronation Street.

Hope's mother Fiz Stape (portrayed by soap legend Jennie McAlpine) was horrified when she found out a book about her life with the murderer would see the light of day.

And she was even more shocked when it turned out her own daughter had given all the information needed to a journalist who groomed her online.

Coming up, Fiz's partner Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) goes to great lengths when his own actions lead to the book being released ahead of time.

He explains to Fiz he bought up all the stock from the local bookshop, including a cut-out of John Stape in an attempt to stop people from reading the book.
