CORONATION Street's Sally Dynevor has shared a series of throwback snaps to celebrate son Sam's birthday.

The actress – who plays Sally Metcalf on the ITV soap – regularly shares snaps of her famous Bridgerton daughter Phoebe, but many may not be aware that Sally also has a 25-year-old son.

The Dancing on Ice star opened the family photo album to post photos of her rarely-seen son.

Taking a trip down memory lane, the TV favourite shared an image of Sam as a youngster wearing a red hat and Sally leaning over him.

In another photo, Sally is posing next to her youngest daughter Harriet and Sam for a sweet holiday snap.

Sally, 58, also posted a photo of her son looking grown up and dapper in a suit.

Sally's Corrie co-stars Jane Danson, who plays Leanne Battersby and Ellie Leach, who portrays Amy Barlow, posted birthday messages underneath the post.

Most fans will know that Sally's daughter Phoebe, 26, plays the lead in the popular Netflix period drama.

Phoebe secured her most prominent role to date as Daphne Bridgerton, the eldest daughter in a powerful and wealthy family, who wants to meet a man and get married.

The star's career began back in 2009 as Siobhan Mailey on BBC's Waterloo Road.

She later went on to star in the likes of Monroe, Prisoners' Wives, The Village, The Musketeers and Snatch.

She has been nominated for a number of awards including MTV's Best Kiss and stepped out with her mum at the Harper’s Bazaar Awards in London back in November.

Phoebe looked amazing in a black bandeau ball gown and a pair of black stilettos.

She completely the look with a face full of glam makeup and styled her hair into a middle parting and high bun.

Meanwhile Sally wowed in a plain black mini dress, tights and high-heeled boots.

Phoebe shared the stunning snap on Instagram and captioned the post: "My woman of every year. Love you mumma."

The young actress went home with the gong for breakthrough talent after taking on the Netflix show.

Phoebe has followed in the footsteps of her famous mum Sally, who has played Sally Webster in ITV's Coronation Street since 1986.

Sally is married to Tim Dynevor and they have two other children Samuel, 25, and Harriet, 18.
