Rainie (Tanya Franks) is devastated when the doctors reveal Stuart’s (Ricky Champ) cancer has grown. They say he needs immediate treatment, but Stuart stands firm in his holistic approach. Rainie and Callum (Tony Clay) beg him to see sense and go to the hospital, but Warren is in his ear and continues selling him pricey supplements.

The situation worsens when a heavily pregnant Bernie (Clair Norris) finds out about Stuart’s diagnosis. She’s furious and marches over to confront them, but is interrupted by her waters breaking. Things escalate at the hospital as Bernie goes into labour.

Meanwhile Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) is also in turmoil over Jordan’s adoption. Denise (Diane Parish) is determined to persuade her to keep him and brings her over to watch Raymond play. However, this only makes Chelsea more adamant about her decision.

And Kim (Tameka Empson) is thrilled to hear her video worked as Pearl secures an interview for a scholarship. She ropes in the family to watch her and Pearl’s interview prep, but is shocked to find out Howie switched the video and a furious Kim snaps.

Stuart’s reluctance to get treatment is pushing Rainie to the edge

Eventually he agrees to attend his appointment, with Rainie by his side

Angry Bernie confronts the Highways when she hears the news about Stuart

But there is a surprise for them all when she suddenly goes into labour

Denise is determined to persuade her daughter Chelsea to keep her baby Jordan

But Chelsea is adamant that she has made her mind up and he’s going to be adopted

Kim is hoping that the interview and video will lead to a bright future for her Pearl
