EastEnders spoilers: Lewis takes revenge after Kathy fires him | The Sun

BEN Mitchell looked to his mother Kathy Beale for support after he was raped by Lewis Butler.

But when she decides to fire the Prince Albert manager and bartender next week in EastEnders, Lewis plots revenge.

In harrowing scenes recently aired on BBC One, Ben Mitchell (portrayed by Max Bowden) was raped by Lewis Butler (Aidan O'Callaghan) after a night out.

After being in denial about his attack, which was only reinforced by Lewis' gaslighting, Ben finally opened up to his mother Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), a rape survivor herself.

Kathy has since encouraged Ben to report Lewis but he begins to have doubts in scenes due to air next week.

To make matters worse, Lewis is inching dangerously closer to Callum Highway (Tony Clay), who could be his next victim.

Coming up, Ben even sees his husband having a seemingly close conversation with Lewis in the Square.

When Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) senses his mood, Ben also decides it's time for him to speak out once again as he's tired of being vilified and blamed for the breakdown of his marriage.

Meanwhile, as her son appears to be undecided about his next steps, Kathy takes matters into her own hands and fires Lewis.

Little does she know that Lewis, riled up over being sacked for raping Ben, is ready to drop whatever bombshell he can to make his victim's life a nightmare.

Fuming, he turns to Kathy's grandson Peter (Dayle Hudson) and retaliates by telling him that Ben, his uncle, was the one who attacked him.

EastEnders will undoubtedly remember that Ben brutally attacked Peter by mistake as he was tracking down another homophobe to torment.

Much like Ben, Peter has since been finding it hard to cope in Walford with the fear his attacker may be on to him.
