Emma Willis shares intimate snap of herself cradling newborn after giving birth as she marks daughter's 5th birthday

EMMA Willis shared an intimate snap of herself cradling her newborn daughter just after giving birth.

TV Presenter Emma, 45, shared the sweet snap to mark her daughter Trixie's fifth birthday.

"Then and now…Holding her the same way, since the day she was born," she wrote on Instagram

"Happy birthday little one, we love you so very much.

"May the fourth be with you, always."

She also shared sweet snapshots of the birthday celebrations – including a picture of Trixie surrounded by presents wrapped in bright rainbow colours.

Emma rarely shares photos of her and husband Matt Willis' children, but the mum-of-three was clearly feeling reflective as her youngest turned five.

She wrote: "My little Trix is 5 today…" with a red heart emoji and Stevie Wonder's version of Happy Birthday playing.

The former model also shared a spectacular fruit arrangement of various fruit kebabs sticking out of a pineapple over which she wrote: "I feel like I'm 5 again."

She went on to post a picture of Trixie-Grace’s impressive birthday cake, which was covered in cartoon dogs – and Matt could be spotted wearing a ‘Dad’ t-shirt in the background.

In addition to Trixie, Emma and Matt are mum and dad to 11-year-old Isabelle and nine-year-old Ace.

The McBusted bassist married Emma in 2008 in a lavish ceremony at Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire.

The happy couple have been together for 15 years but Matt insists Emma made the first move.

Speaking to Vicky Pattison on her podcast, Matt previously said: “I was on Saturday Night Takeaway with Ant and Dec and Blue were on the same night.

“Emma was at home. She had split up with her boyfriend. Suddenly Simon from Blue hands me a phone and it’s [mutual friend] Tim Kash and he says, ‘Emma is really trying to get hold of you – do you mind if I give her your number?’

“And I was like, ‘yes, here’s my number, tell her to call me’.

That night he got a text from Emma, but in efforts to not come on too strong he held off a couple days before responding.

The couple married three years later and are now volunteering with St John Ambulance in support of the coronavirus vaccination programme.
