Emmerdale spoilers: Cain tries to murder Al after sabotaging his car

CAIN Dingle's ongoing feud with Al Chapman is still going strong – but could it take a deadly turn?

Murder could even be on the cards as the Emmerdale tough man sabotages the businessman's car.

No compromising seems to be possible between Al Chapman (portrayed by Harry Potter actor Michael Wildman) and long-standing villager Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).

But in scenes due on our screens next week, things get out of hand again and one life could be left hanging in the balance.

Coming up, the scheming businessman is annoyed to see Cain return his car.

However, he then finds a cable tie securing the drive shaft in the engine.

Instead, he holds his nerve, standing in front of the speeding car.

Could this be the end of a long rift between both men?

Cain and Al have been at serious loggerheads for several months due to several incidents.

These include Al's son Ellis being indirectly responsible for Cain's son Kyle almost dying during a night in the freezing woods.

Cain retaliated by dumping Ellis in the middle of nowhere, giving him a taste of his own medicine.

Al refused to play nice and rattled Cain even further by giving Kyle a mobile phone, soon after he moved in with Amy and Kerry Wyatt.

The underhanded tactic led Cain to fly off the handle – and scare his own son away with his angry outburst.

More recently, Cain tried to sabotage Al's relationship with Kerry Wyatt but failed and the businessman taunted him over his failed attempt at causing trouble.

Other residents have become collateral damage in the feud.

Aside from Ellis and Kyle, Belle Dingle stayed furious with Cain as his antics cost her a client.

While Sam and Lydia asked Cain to calm and be the bigger person, Chas was more upfront, telling her brother the feud would likely end with a body bag.
