On Thursday, Grey’s Anatomy star Kim Raver took to Instagram to show a glimpse behind-the-scenes as she prepared for her season 19 directorial debut. While fans celebrated her major milestone, others were distracted as they made a discovery about the children on the show.
An excited Kim Raver shared an insightful clip of her on set, where she worked behind the camera and reprised her role as Dr Teddy Altman.
In the Instagram caption, she wrote: “My #GreysAnatomy directorial debut is almost here!!
“@shondaland and I are SO excited to give you a sneak peek behind the scenes as I not only direct but also act as Dr. Teddy Altman in this powerful episode.”
Kim added: “Tune in tomorrow to see my vision come to life!”

In the video, she could be seen getting her hair done in the dressing room, where she said: “Ok, this is getting ready, day one directing and acting.”
Elsewhere Teddy and Owen Hunt (played by Kevin McKidd) were strolling outside the hospital with their children in a pram.
The clip also included photos of Kim hard at work as she directed the actors.
There was also a video of her watching everything take place behind the cameras as she shouted: “Action,” as well as the celebration when they wrapped the episode.

While fans took to her comment section with excitement, others were stuck on the brief clip of Teddy and Owen.
During the scene, the couple walked with the pushchair which is supposed to be holding their two children.
However, instead of Leo Hunt (Kellen Enriquez) and Allison Hunt (River Davidson) being seated in the stroller, there were dolls.
This sparked a major frenzy as gobsmacked fans took to Kim’s comments with confusion.
