Heidi Klum gets cut on leg filming America’s Got Talent

Supermodel and America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum has revealed she suffered an injury while filming the latest episode of the hit reality series.

The 50-year-old star suffered a nasty cut to her shin with fellow judge on the NBC show Howie Mandel revealing the injury on social media.

In a short video, Howie, 67, told Instagram followers: “We’re on the set of AGT live and she’s just fallen. Heidi Klum just fell.”

Judge Mel B, who was also in the video, confirmed his words: “She’s just fallen. There’s blood everywhere.”

Heidi was seen with the hem of her pink and red skirt hiked up as she revealed the gash on her leg.

She had removed her towering red stiletto heels as one hand clutched the side of the judges’ table for balance as she sat in her chair.

A couple of people were seen chatting to Heidi before she was treated.

Later, Heidi shared a series of video with her 11.6million Instagram followers on her Stories as medics attended to her.

“It doesn’t even look that bad though,” Heidi told people.

The medic was pushing the wound back together before glue was applied to treat the injury.

She winced in pain and asked: “Why are you squeezing it like that?”

The medical staff member told her it needed to be bound back together.

Heidi confirmed this was done in order to avoid ending up with a scar on her leg.

However, as the medic personnel applied the glue and wiped down the injury, they informed her: “Well, you’re going to have a scar.”

In another video, Heidi was seen with her leg bandaged up as she rested in bed.

She appeared to be watching a relaxing video of jellyfish with her leg healing.

Despite the nasty cut, Heidi had seemed in good spirits after previously shared a snap looking unrecognisable as she geared up for Halloween as well as a shot of her rarely-see daughter Lou.

She has also come under fire for doing lingerie shoots with her teen daughter Leni Klum, who is following her in her footsteps.
