HOLLYOAKS hunk Owen Warner has a secret plan to win a legion of fans in I’m A Celebrity.

The actor – who plays Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap – arrived in Australia today for the new series of the jungle reality show and according to a pal he’s got a cunning ploy to snatch the crown.

Fellow Hollyoaks star and former I’m A Celeber Malique Thompson-Dwyer has told what Owen’s planning – to strip off for votes.

Malique, 24, who took part in I’m A Celeb back in 2018, said: “Owen knows exactly what he’s doing in that jungle.

“He’s smart and funny, he’ll go in and suss it all out.

“He gets on with everyone and is really easy going, everyone is going to love him in camp.

Meanwhile Owen has revealed he is now single – and looking for love in the jungle.

The cheery star remarked as he walked through arrivals at Brisbane airport: "I'm single and looking for love."

Owen plays Romeo Nightingale on Hollyoaks and previously dated co-star Stephanie Davis.
