THE Only Way Is Essex star Frankie Essex got very creative when it came to hiding her baby bump from fans.

The the 34-year-old revealed she was expecting twins in the summer with boyfriend, Luke Love, 32, and managed to keep her exciting news under wraps until now.

Frankie used some clever tricks of the trade on her Instagram including posting throwback photos and her sitting down with her belly hidden under a table.

The expectant mum also used her well timed winter wardrobe to cover her growing belly.

In a Christmas photo with personal trainer Luke, the reality star stands side on wearing a pair of matching flannel pyjamas, but she cleverly lifts her leg closest to the camera to fan out the top.

Combined with the dark colour of the PJs which is a hue known to be slimming, by pushing out the top it makes it look like it's just sitting that way rather than making room for her double bundle of joy.

In other photos with Luke she wear billowy dresses and they both pose with their arms covering her belly.

Frankie rung in the new year in a chic sandy colour ensemble, complete with an oversized coat, jumper and long scarf to hide the growing bump.

Another pic from January shows Frankie standing side on to the camera in an unfastened winter coat which completely hides her stomach and just looks like the coat is open.

Then a week later she enjoyed a family brekky in Billericay where she posted a photo of her sitting down at the table, sipping on a cappucino.

Her belly was not only covered by the table and the coat she was wearing, but also her hands cupping the hot beverage.

When not using Instagram photo tricks, Frankie post throwback snaps of herself including a past incredible weight loss transformation and a pic of her and Luke on holiday in Tulum, Mexico.

She had not posted since January 16 until today where she announced her pregnancy.

"Roses are red violets are blue we’re not just having one baby we’re having two❤️❤️ 👶🏼Twinnies👶🏼 ❤️❤️. I love you so much @lukeluv ❤️❤️. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY ❤️❤️," she captioned a professional photo of her and Luke.

"Double Blessed ❤️❤️"

The the 34-year-old revealed her and Luke were both in tears when they found out about having twins.

“I was just so shocked!” Frankie told new!.

“How we found out was really lovely.

"The lady scanning me was focusing on one baby and was then like, ‘What else do we have here then?’ and I was so shocked and asked, ‘Are we having twins?’ I burst out crying, tears of happiness. It was just so beautiful. It was lovely.”

Frankie rose to fame on Towie alongside her brother, Joey, and despite the misconception they adopted the surname for the show, they were in fact christened with the last name Essex.

Frankie is not just a TV personality but also an entrepreneur, with her own hair styling and product company Frankie Essex Hair.

She started personal trainer Luke in 2019 after breaking things off with John Lyons in 2015.

She told Closer in 2019: "He treats me well and is very, very, supportive in every way, we're good together."
