I’m A Celeb’s Josie Gibson exposes unaired showdown with Fred Sirieix after row

Josie Gibson admitted there was an unaired feud with I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate Fred Sirieix that viewers weren't aware of.

Following her exit from the reality TV show she made it known that there was a reason that things had become intense between Josie and Fred regarding the cooking. The duo fell out after Josie replaced Fred as camp chef.

While Josie was cooking for the celebs, Fred felt she was doing it all wrong. He repeatedly asked Josie various questions about the food, complaining about how she was cooking the rice.

Both Josie and Nella became frustrated as the This Morning star complained about Fred "getting involved all the time". But now, it seems there was an incident beforehand too which wasn't aired.

During her exit chat with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, Josie was asked about their feud and she admitted there was a big "showdown" before he left the jungle.

She said: "I was trying to cook and Fred was criticising everything I do… I think I put him straight in the end.

"In the end, I just had to settle it with a showdown. We had a showdown in the end and I won."

Despite the first row wasn't aired on TV, the subtle tiffs they had were still seen by viewers – and Fred admitted his mum wasn't impressed with him. He previously said: "This morning I spoke to my mum, she called me because she knew I was out.

"She said, 'Frederick', you know why she calls me Frederick? Because she's upset! 'Frederick, what did you do with Josie? Why were you standing on the top there telling her what to do, what was going through your mind?' I got a telling off from my mum!"

Fred's mum told him the row was "unacceptable" and warned him he could never do it again. Fred had defended his row with Josie, telling Ant and Dec there was a lot at stake with the food.

He fumed: "She's just making it up as she goes along." But he made a promise to his mum that he would never row with Josie over cooking again.
