Jimmy (Nick Miles) and Tom King’s (James Chase) feud seems to be a thing of the past in Emmerdale after he managed to help Angel (Rebecca Bakes) in the recent car crash with Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) and Moira (Natalie J Robb).

After Moira and Nicola’s cars collided, Angel was trapped inside with an injured leg.

Fortunately, Tom the vet was on hand to assist as they waited for an ambulance and eventually, Angel was taken to A&E.

Prior to this, Tom and Jimmy clashed multiple times, largely down to the secrets in their past, and the fact Tom didn’t know that his dad, Carl, killed Jimmy’s.

The dynamic between the uncle and nephew has now changed, so much so Tom even joins Jimmy and his family for lunch in this new video.

Nicola, however, isn’t being particularly social as she’s too busy on her phone, writing messages about Moira as she remains determined to get revenge after the crash.

As Nicola retreats to the sofa to continue tapping away on her device, Tom helps Jimmy tidy up and ends up dropping a huge bombshell – he wants to live in the village for good.

He tells Jimmy that now he’s got his family back and his relationship with Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is progressing, he thinks it’s the right time to settle down in the Dales.

Someone should probably catch Tom up on the amount of drama that’s occurred in the village ever since he’s been away.

Though, just covering the last year alone might well be enough to scare him off!
