Rumours have swirled for weeks that the pair are dating despite the 20-year age gap.

After being pictured holding hands, Kate and Pete – who was previously engaged to pop singer Ariana Grande – took things a step further and packed on the PDA while sitting rink side.

Attending a New York Rangers game in the Big Apple, Kate locked lips with the comedian, as well as tenderly stroking his face and staring into his eyes.

The couple didn't care who saw them as they put on the cosy display, as well as sharing a giggle while holding hands.

The two stars looked happy and relaxed in one another's company, with Kate looking sensational in a chic, belted coat.

The star teamed the black jacket with dark boots, skinny jeans, and a striped top.

The British actress had her brunette hair styled in curls around her shoulders, meanwhile, Pete teamed ripped skinny jeans with a pale blue jumper over a pastel pink T-shirt.

Pete is only five years older than Kate's daughter Lily Mo, from her relationship with actor Michael Sheen.

The Underworld actress and the British star were together for eight years from 1995 until 2003.
