In March 2020, her husband, Derek Draper contracted coronavirus and fell seriously ill.

Draper was placed in intensive care and later placed in an induced coma on a ventilator.

Today, he reportedly no longer has coronavirus but has suffered serious health implications as a result of the virus.

Garraway has spoken openly on Good Morning Britain about her husband’s experience with covid, sharing his health issues now include damage to his kidneys, liver, heart and lungs.
