Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) is set to face another terrifying ordeal as she collapses in the street in upcoming EastEnders scenes.

The influencer has been struggling to cope following the terrifying car accident that left Denzel Danes’ (Jaden Ladega) life in danger.

She is now dealing with the possibility of going to prison, after pleading guilty to dangerous driving.

The constant stress and worry has led her to have several panic attacks, which have left her friends and loved ones worried.

Viewers have already seen Denzel and Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) express their concerns over Kim’s mental health, with Sonia urging her to speak to someone.

In upcoming scenes, things will become too much for Kim when a fan of the Kimfluencer approaches her in the salon.

Though she tries to paint on a brave face, when the fan asks her to record a birthday message for her daughter, Kim becomes overwhelmed and rushes out halfway through.

It is then that Sonia spots her, and sees her collapse in the street.

The nurse rushes over before calling an ambulance, though Kim stops her.

Sonia asks her to describe the symptoms she is experiencing, which only raises further concern.

She is adamant that Kim go to A&E to get checked out, but will she listen?
