Kirstie Allsopp banks £2.6m after selling posh pad in London's Notting Hill

KIRSTIE Allsopp has banked £2.6million after selling a property in London’s posh Notting Hill.

The presenter of property show Location, Location, Location has put her expertise into practice, after cashing in on a two-bedroom flat which was bought in 2014 for £275,000.

The property is among assets she has cashed in after applying to close down her public relations and communications company KMA Projects Ltd.

The 49 year-old has pocketed £2,630,077 from the property sale and assets in the business – described as “estimated surplus after paying debts in full”.

Liquidators expect the winding up to be completed in March.

Kirstie has further assets of £5million with Location co-presenter Phil Spencer, in a company called RTRP Limited, set up to handle their TV pay.

She also owns a stunning family home in Notting Hill and another property in Devon.

Kirstie told The Sun she follows the advice of her accountant.
