Former Love Island star Eva Zapico confessed she doesn’t fancy Davide Sanclimenti on the hugely popular ITV2 dating show because she can’t help but hear a famous TV chef when he speaks.
Throughout the show, the Italian stallion has been a firm favourite of many of the Islanders and bombshells who enter the villa, and it’s fair to say the 27-year-old hasn’t exactly held back when it comes to getting to know the new arrivals.
Since he joined the cast on the second day, the entrepreneur has kissed Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – who is currently coupled up with – Danica Taylor, Coco Lodge and Mollie Salmon, many of which the Turkish actress is blissfully unaware of.

But as tensions continue to rise in the stunning Spanish villa, viewers are anxious to see the highly anticipated movie night challenge where Islanders battle to watch unseen Casa Amor clips by answering a villa-themed pop quiz.

While fans patiently wait for the inevitable clash of the two reality stars, the 23-year-old model has confessed she doesn’t see the appeal in the Italian stud as she watches the show from the comfort of her sofa.
During an exclusive interview with Daily Star, the brunette beauty admitted that Ekin-Su and Davide are her favourite couple to win the show so far.
She explained: “It’s got to be Ekin-Su and Davide isn’t it? They're the ones bringing all the drama, I just love them. I love them both individually and I just love them even more together.
“I am absolutely rooting for them all the way I absolutely love them,” the star added.

When the TV star was pushed to answer which was her favourite Islander overall, she stuck to her guns and opted for the business owner because of his effortless sense of humour.
Eva added: “It was Davide because I just find him hilarious without even trying, like some of the things he comes out with is just so funny and I think the Italian accent just makes it ten times funnier.”
But one thing she didn’t like about the TV star was his signature accent which arguably sets him apart from many of the other contestants on the show.
It was at this point that she confessed how she couldn’t watch Davide without thinking of popular ITV chef Gino D’Acampo when he speaks.
She joked: “I don’t know, maybe there’s some girls who like it but every time he talks, I feel like I'm hearing Gino D’Acampo.”
The internet personality explained that although she’s not physically attracted to Davide, she added that she also isn’t attracted to any of the boys currently trying to find love on the show.

She added: “I don’t know, to be honest if I was in there this year there wouldn’t be anyone in there that I would particularly fancy, maybe I'm just so in love with Nas I'm not looking anywhere else.
“I'm not attracted to him, I don’t fancy him or anything but I just think he’s got a great personality and I can see that he is a good-looking boy but I mean I don’t necessarily fancy him so I don’t really care about the accent.”
Eva went on to admit that Tasha Ghouri, Andrew Le Page and Danica Taylor were currently her least favourite Islanders on the show because they aren’t as “interesting” as some of the other contestants.
The starlet explained: “It's not that I don’t like anyone but I do have a least favourite, I'd have to say Tasha and Andrew or maybe Danica but it’s not that they’re doing anything wrong, they’re just not as interesting as other people.”
