Love Island teaser: Catherine kissing the new boy

In a teaser trailer at the end of Monday’s Love Island, Sammy Root was seen kissing multiple islanders “in the same spot” at different times.

However, fans could not work out if he smooches two or three girls in the teaser clip due to the way it is edited.

Many baffled ITV2 viewers took to Twitter to comment on the sultry scenes on the reality dating series.

@Randomsucculent said: “How is Sammy kissing THREE GIRLS in the SAME SPOT in ONE NIGHT #loveIsland.” (sic)

Josephine Maria added: “Was that Sammy kissing three different girls??? That’s actually mad #loveIsland.”

Georgia penned: “Sammy spent half the episode saying how his connection with Jess is stronger and now he’s kissing half the girls in one night – lock him up #Loveisland.”

However, Ayla thought two girls were in the clip, telling her followers: “Sammy kissing two different girls in the exact same spot and the same position is mad.”

Lysette shared: “I wonder how Jess is gonna feel with Sammy kissing all these girls #loveIsland.”

Within the clip, Sammy is lounging on the white outdoor sofa with Amber Wise when they share a smooch.

He is also seen kissing another Casa Amor islander, but her identity will be revealed in Tuesday’s episode.

If there is a third girl in the picture, she will also be unveiled during tomorrow’s show.

Meanwhile, fans were left wondering how Jess Harding, who Sammy is coupled up with, will feel about his antics.

Will Sammy open up to Jess about his other kisses or will she find out later down the line when movie night returns to the villa?

Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
