Love Island: Zachariah couples up with Catherine

In the final moments of Love Island, the group gathered around the fire pit to see who Zachariah would be stealing. 

He said: “Firstly, I would just like to say it has definitely not been an easy position to be in. Being given this power has been difficult.”

He said the girl he wanted to couple up with was “very beautiful” and they have had “easy conversations”. 

He chose to couple up with Catherine, leaving André fuming. 

It comes after fans accused André of “c**k blocking” Catherine as Zachariah was keen to get to know her. 

T said: “André’s ego was just bruised that she was chatting with another guy that’s not him #LoveIsland”

@MuskCaughtAP10 added: “Zachariah and Catherine vibing then Andre comes along #LoveIsland”

Pristine shared: “We can’t let Andre block Catherine and Zach again it’s not even been 48 hours #LoveIsland”

AP shared: “So Andre c**kblocked Catherine to say ‘u do u innit’ thank you for that Andre #LoveIsland”

Basila commented: “Now Andre, why did you have to come and do all that?? #LoveIsland”

Lambrinimami penned: “Andre needs to MOVE and stop getting in the way of true love. #LoveIsland”

Elsewhere in the episode, new bombshell Zachariah caught the attention of the girls who shared their thoughts.

Jess admitted: “He’s really handsome, and I feel like he’s playing it cool – I like that.”

Later in the beach hut, Catherine confessed: “I am enjoying getting to know André, but I feel like when Zach came in and he spoke I was like ok…he may be a bit of me…”

Zachariah had to make a decision on what girl he would choose, leaving one of the boys single.
