Love Island is reportedly set to bring in a new bombshell tomorrow night after a brutal dumping twist sees either Brad McClelland or Lucinda Strafford dumped from the villa on Wednesday's show.

In the most recent episode, Lucinda, 21, and Brad, 26, faced an agonising decision over which one of them will go home after they were voted least compatible by the public.

And now Love Island bosses are reportedly set to reveal another twist in the form of a new bombshell who is "guaranteed to turn heads" in the villa.

A source told The Sun: "There a new bombshell being sent in tomorrow – and this one is guaranteed to turn heads from the moment they join the villa.

"The couples might think they're about to get a moment or two to settle down but that's not the case.

"The new arrival is sure to send everyone into chaos once again, just like when Lucinda and Millie joined."

OK! has contacted Love Island for comment.

A new bombshell is teased on Wednesday's show with the Islanders taking part in a new challenge called Stags vs Hens with the prize a "new arrival of the opposite sex".

A text reads: "Islanders, it’s time to lock horns and ruffle feathers in today’s boys versus girls challenge Stags vs Hens. Whoever wins gets a new arrival of the opposite sex #gameon #alltoplayfor."

It comes as Love Island is set to make Brad and Lucinda choose which one of them will go home tonight, but some fans are predicting a double exit.

The ITV2 show’s cast have become incredibly close knit in just a few short weeks, so the result of tonight’s twist will send shockwaves through the villa if the couple decide to follow each other home.

In the past, contestants have gone both ways – some have decided to stay loyal to each other and depart the sun-soaked island as a pair, while others have been more brutal.

Will Northumberland labourer Brad pine after Lucinda if she goes home without him? Or will the Brighton-based Islander happily move on in the villa if she says bye to the boy who “talks too much”?

Tuesday's show ended with a text which read: "The couple with the fewest votes have a big decision to make… one of them will be dumped from the Island tonight… and they must decide between themselves who that is.

"The couple with the fewest votes and therefore facing that decision is… Lucinda and Brad…"

The revelation left the Islanders stunned while Lucinda covered her mouth in shock as the dramatic episode came to a close with the results set to be revealed on Wednesday's episode.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
