Former Love Island winner Millie Court has spilled some trade secrets about what it was like to take part in the show’s steamiest challenge of the series.

During Tuesday’s (June 29) instalment of the popular ITV2 dating show, producers made sure to turn up the heat in the villa with the return of the infamous heart-rate challenge.

The latest mission tasks Islanders to perform sexy dance routines in front of one another in an effort to find out which residents are unable to resist temptation.

In full view of her 1.9million followers on Instagram, the blonde bombshell confessed how impressed she was with last night’s performance.

She confessed: “Guys, I know I'm so late to the party right now but what the hell?

“I am just catching up with Love Island and that heart rate challenge – I can’t believe how every single one of them girls absolutely smashed it. What the f**k, they didn’t even look nervous.”

Looking back at her time on the show, Millie recalled how she rocked a Lara croft inspired outfit, complete with a pair of black PVC shorts and a green khaki crop top which she layered with a strappy leather harness and matching leather garter.

The model added: “Millie went on to explain how when she took part in the nerve-wracking challenge that many of the girls in the villa agreed that it was “the worst day in the villa.”

“I think all of us girls apart from like Kaz, Kaz obviously she was great at all of that she loved that.

“We were all just like this is the worst day in the villa, this is awful. We were so nervous and I think it probably showed cause these girls smashed it.”

Rehearsals

As she opened up about what it was like to take part in the challenge, she explained that the Islanders got the text in the mid-afternoon meaning that they had the rest of the day to choreograph their routines amongst themselves.

But many of the residents – including Millie – struggled to come up with seductive dance moves as they performed lap dances on each other to get advice from the rest of the group.

Millie explained: “We found out sort of early afternoon that we were doing it that evening and then for the rest of the day, all the girls were like, ‘What is sexy? How do we do it and what should we do?’

“And then when we were getting ready that evening, we were practicing in the dressing room – it was so cringe.

“I remember me, Chloe [Burrows] and Mary [Bedford], and they were taking it in turns one of us sitting on a chair and then going up to them and dancing on them, and then going, ‘Is that sexy like does it look good?’ while we were looking in the mirror, so embarrassing.”

Outfits

After looking at the wide array of outfits on display this year, the fashionista complained that this year’s contestants got “10 times better outfits” than they were given last year.

She moaned: “Their outfits were like 10 times better than the outfits that we got last year. They've got tiny little things on and all their bums look absolutely incredible.”

The reality star went on to explain that none of the residents got to choose their outfits, as the costumes were specifically selected for each islander.

And it appears as though the former Islander wasn’t a big fan of her sexy outfit as she attempted to woo the boys with her sultry Lara Croft outfit.

She explained: “You don’t get to choose your outfit; you do not have a choice in that.

“They basically bring you one by one outside the front of the villa and they show you your outfit, and say, ‘This is what you’re wearing and this is the song that you will be dancing to’.”

Music

Another element of the routine which was out of their control was the playlist they had to perform to.

Millie proudly revealed how she got to dance to Rihanna’s hit song S&M around the fire pit as she blew Liam away with her impressive dance moves.

She went on: “My song was S&M by Rihanna and I was like, all of us girls were like, ‘If we get a Rihanna song, that’s good’ and everyone was coming back with their songs going ‘I've got this song, like no’.

“And then I went outside and I was like, ‘okay I've got Rihanna, I've got her so I can try and bring it’.”

The blonde beauty explained how she heavily relied on the support of the Barbadian singer to bring the extra touch of pizzazz and confidence to her routine,

She confessed: “I feel like I definitely needed a bit of Rihanna because I cannot dance anyway, so you can’t choose any of that.

“That’s the only challenge that has music on it, every other challenge you see where everyone’s dancing and doing cringe stuff is in silence, there’s no music.

“Can you imagine doing that challenge to silence – ugh no, so yeah, you do get music.”
