The TV presenter, 49, took to social media to share the snap where he can be seen sitting on an armchair in a lounge as he poses for the camera.

Sporting long dark curly locks, the star opts for a bold red shell suit and denim jeans in the throwback 90s snap.

Paddy penned as the caption: “Can a picture get more 90’s than this? I can smell the Cool Water!”

Fans couldn’t help but comment on Paddy’s old school look, with one writing: “Awesome Shell Suit look like an extra from Shameless pal.”

Another person playfully said: “You look like the love child of Wonder woman and Micky Flannigan.”

The couple share three children together and were married for 11 years before their shock decision to part ways.

Paddy enjoyed a night out in Manchester and he was spotted laughing and joking while in the city.

He was out with pals for his Saturday night out and opted for a black t-shirt, zip up top and black trousers.

The star looked in good spirits as he walked along with his friends in tow.

While Paddy has opted to ditch his wedding ring, Christine was spotted wearing hers last month as she took to a red carpet.

Christine put her best foot forward as she dazzled at the Best of British Diversity 11th annual National Diversity Awards in Liverpool.

The star surprised fans by putting her wedding ring back on but dampening hopes of a reconciliation with her husband Paddy, Christine wore the sparkler on her other hand.

The couple, who have been rocked by cheating allegations, had kept it quiet about their decision to separate at the start of June.

In a joint statement signed off with a kiss, Christine and Paddy said they aimed to be the "best parents they could be".

They wrote: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our life personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify. 

"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.

"This was not an easy decision to make but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.

"We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together."
