PALOMA Faith has opened up about parenthood and why she’ll never reveal her child’s name or gender.
The 36-year old singer welcomed her first child in December 2016 with French artist Leyman Lahcine.
Speaking to YOU magazine, she said: “I won’t say whether I have a boy or a girl for privacy reasons.
“I want my child to go to normal schools and integrate with kids from different backgrounds as a human being, not as a child of a celebrity.”
Asked about her stance on raising her children gender neutral, she insisted: “I’m not in denial of gender but I have absolutely no problem if my child grows up not feeling an affinity with the gender they were born with.”
She added: “It’s important to me they’re given all the opportunities to be the person they want to be.”
Speaking to The Mirror in October last year at the Q Awards, Paloma was quoted as saying: "I'm loving being a mum.
“I want two or three kids in all and they'll be gender neutral."
Paloma opened up to The Sun about her difficult labour. She said: “I had this amazing birth plan that was set to be all natural and amazing and then just like, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong."
Sources recently claimed that Paloma and her partner Leyman had secretly tied the knot.

An insider said: “It’s something Paloma wants to keep private. It was a very intimate and beautiful ceremony in London, with just close friends and family.
“But some of her friends in the industry have recently been talking about Paloma quietly getting married.”
Paloma, who has been dating Leyman for four years, sent the rumour mill into action on Friday when she stepped out with a sparkler on her finger.
