This Morning fans were left in hysterics after Ruth Langsford cried with laughter at a 'naughty' picture during today's episode (August 25).
Today's run of the ITV daytime show saw the 61-year-old host presenting alongside her husband Eamonn Holmes, also 61, as they have done over the summer weeks.
Things were plain sailing until when cutting back from a contest ad, Ruth could be seen bursting with laughter as she quickly dissolved into hysterical tears.
"Stop showing me that," she said to Eamonn, who had been showing his wife something on his phone.
Ruth then broke out in further laughter as Eamonn replied: "What?

"You can't just leave people hanging there. 'Stop showing me that', she says. What?"
"Stop it," Ruth replied. "You know what. Someone sent a picture of Eamonn and if you zoom in on his neck it looked a bit…"
Unable to finish her sentence, Ruth soon revealed she wasn't allowed to reveal the premise of the picture which had her in a fit of giggles.
"Sorry," she added. "I wish I could say. It's really annoying when people do this. It's like an in-joke."

Ruth then asked Eamonn to present the next segment, as Eamonn teased: "Sometimes, are you not embarrassed that you let yourself down?"
Wiping tears from her eyes, Ruth replied: "Lottie down in the make-up room is probably really cross with me now."
Alongside Ruth, This Morning contributors and viewers were left equally amused and desperate to know the contents of the picture.

A third pleaded: "Show us the pic Ruth."
A fourth said: "Spill the beans… you can’t leave us hanging – why were you laughing?"
Another concluded: "How naughty of you."
