Ruth Langsford in shock return to This Morning – but Eamonn Holmes will be replaced by a new man | The Sun

RUTH Langsford is making a big return to This Morning for the first time since husband Eamonn Holmes quit.

The pair, both 62, used to front the programme on Fridays until they were replaced by Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond.

They continued as stand-in hosts until Eamonn stood down after 15 years in November, joining GB News.

However, Ruth stayed with ITV, continuing to appear on another daytime hit, Loose Women.

But today it was revealed she will present on This Morning again for the first time in months – alongside Rylan Clark.

It fell to the former Celebrity Big Brother star and host to reveal the news when he appeared alongside Alison and Ruth today.

They will appear on tonight show, which is picking up from the civilian series, which wrapped up with a 'best bits' last week.
