Mary, 39, has become one of the standout stars of Selling Sunset as she is known for closing in some big-money sales. As well as her wedding being filmed for the Netflix show, the realtor’s relationships with the other women in the office have also been explored. However, in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the reality television star has admitted she sometimes feels “uncomfortable” when arguments and rivalries arise between her friends.

The reality television star explained: “When people don’t get on and there is a conflict, I’m not a fan of [it].

“I think in season four, things come to a head so people will notice a big difference in relationships and things that have happened in the past are all coming together.

“So there is going to be a lot to see which made me quite uncomfortable on many occasions during filming.

“But, I’m sure viewers will be interested in seeing it. I’m definitely looking forward to getting back to real estate.

“In season four, you’re going to see a lot of incidents that have happened between some of the cast members.”

Mary continued: “We all have to address it because it has affected our lives, we’re not characters on a show.

“When people say things to us on the show or hit below the belt, you realise our friends, our clients, our family members are all watching this.

“And that impacts our real lives and our emotions. So it is a difficult situation to be in, it’s not like it’s a scripted show.

“You’re not a character that you can snap out of and it carries through to other aspects of our lives,” she said.

Season four will be followed by a fifth outing as the streaming giant recommissioned the show for another two runs after the success of the first three seasons.

As well as the girl’s relationships with each other playing out on-screen, they have also been enjoying romance away from the cameras.

Most notably, co-owner of the Oppenheim Group, Jason Oppenheim, 44, has begun dating his employee, Chrishell Stause, 40.

The pair announced they were an item on the social media platform, Instagram, and have received international support for their coupling.

Speaking out on the romance, Mary said: “I am totally supportive, I love them together! They are so cute and they really compliment each other!

“Some of the people [in the agency] didn’t know until they announced it [on Instagram] but there were some people that knew and they could tell.

Mary and her husband, Romain Bonnet, 26, were holidaying with the lovebirds in Italy at the time the official announcement went live.

“I am glad they did it there because they got to experience our vacation together without hiding anything,” she told OK! Magazine.

It has not been revealed whether their relationship will be included in season four or subsequent future episodes of the show.

Jason and his twin brother, Brett Oppenheim, 44, haven’t spoken in depth about their love lives on the programme before.

Whereas Chrishell’s split from ex-husband Justin Hartley, 44, featured in the concluding instalments of season three.

It is likely this will be referred to in season four as the events of season three roll into the opening episodes of the next run.

Selling Sunset seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Netflix.
