Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) has fallen for Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) in Coronation Street. She is feeling happy for the first time in months and is hugely grateful to Nina for the amount of support she has shown her through her recent struggles.

Coming up, as Asha enjoys spending time with Nina, she declares her love for her – but is it too soon?

Nina tells Asha that she’s going bat watching with Roy (David Neilson). When Asha suggests she could tag along, Nina asserts she’d find it boring.

Asha and Aadi (Adam Hussain) excitedly plan Dev’s (Jimmi Harkishin) surprise party but Asha’s disappointed when Nina says she can’t make it.

Nina admits to Aadi that it felt too soon to be attending family parties, but the last thing she wants to do is hurt Asha.

When Aadi arrives with Nina in tow, Asha is thrilled.

As Dev makes a speech and welcomes Nina to the family, Nina squirms.

Roy suggests that Nina has an honest chat with Asha but when Asha reveals that she’s in love with her, Nina’s floored.

Given Nina’s worries about moving too quickly, how will she respond to Asha?
