BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers were thrilled to see Lorraine presenter Christine Lampard back on the show as she sat down with Janette Manrara.
Christine appeared as a guest panellist on the BBC dancing show's spin-off It Takes Two alongside Janette as she shared her shock at time flying by so quickly since she competed on the series.
Speaking to Janette, she said: "I can't believe it is the quick answer, absolutely not. 15 years and I remember it so vividly, every single second of it. It was one of the most extraordinary, most incredible experiences of my life."

Christine wasn't the only one who was surprised, as fans quickly rushed to social media to share their shock at seeing the presenter back on their screens on BBC and how time had flown.
One said: "I would have said it was about 10 years, 15 is insane!" While another added: "Christine Bleakley doing #Strictly 15 years ago is shocking.
A third fan replied online: "I can’t even remember her doing it, gonna have to start from the first series & watch again", as Christine gave her verdict on the contestants this year.
Christine had nice things to say about EastEnders actor Nigel Harman, who has been paired with Katya Jones and received some criticism from head judge Shirley Ballas.
She said: "Nigel is such a wonderful actor. But he was really really nervous about taking on Strictly. I think he has been great and I think Shirley was quite hard-core last week. We saw a new Shirley, in fact. I thought she was quite feisty.
"You can take a bit of knocking and feel a bit bruised if the judges say something a bit derogatory. And he may feel that this week but I think he is a brilliant performer. I still think there is so much more to come from Nigel. I think we might see him unleash his inner self."
Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas is currently the favourite to be axed this week after facing a health battle off the show, but fans will have to wait and see who goes on Sunday's results show.
Strictly airs Saturdays on BBC1.
