The next series of Strictly Come Dancing is just around the corner and 15 celebrities are heading to the dancefloor.
There have been hundreds of contestants over the years, but not all have spoken about their Strictly experience in the most positive light.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor, 44, was partnered with Brendan Cole when she took part in the BBC competition in 2013, but the singer confessed it took its toll on her marriage.

Sophie's husband Richard Jones "struggled" while she appeared on the show and even went to counselling to help him cope.
During a previous interview on Lorraine, the Murder on the Dancefloor hitmaker explained: "Brendan was brilliant, because right from day one his bit of advice was to involve my friends and my family.
"Whenever they could, they would come along, but it's a very intense experience and for Richard, he did struggle with it, which obviously in turn made me struggle.
"But he did get counselling and help and support, which allowed us both to enjoy it a lot more."
Sophie and the musician, 44, have been married since 2005 and share five children together.
The star recalled the "glorious and joyful" experience that was Strictly, however, added: "I think if they just had a little bit more of emotional support it would have definitely improved my experience."
Despite "loving" her time on Strictly, Sophie later revealed she was labelled "unsexy" by BBC bosses.
Speaking on the What If podcast, she said: “You’ve been trying really hard so if they say, ‘Oh, that wasn’t very sexy’, well, was I being me?
"Or do I push it further? And if I do that, can I then go back to how I normally am?
"You know, there’s all these edges of yourself and how you present yourself. So once you put yourself in the hands of other people, it’s just about making sure you sleep well at night at the end of it, I guess."
