TEEN Mom Leah Messer shared about the "tears" and the "heavy emotions" that came in a cryptic post after the fans claimed that she was pregnant with her fourth child by boyfriend Jaylan Mobley.
Leah, 29, shared an inspirational text from a yoga and coaching coach Friederike in an Instagram story.
The post started with a list of what the person was "grateful for."
The list included: "slow mornings" and "nourishing food."
The caption continued: "Finding balance in routine.
"Tears that released heavy emotions."
The post concluded: "Healing practices like yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
"Love for letting me feel what it means to truly be alive."

A BABY BUMP?
Before 2022 rang in, Leah and her boyfriend Jaylan Mobley recently participated in a photoshoot during their New Year's Eve bash.
While wearing a plunging dress, fans claimed that Leah might have had a tiny baby bump.
In the photos, the couple packed on the PDA as Jaylan’s hand rested on her belly as she brushed up against him.
Teen Mom fans started speculating that she might be pregnant as Leah's dress might have shown off a “bump.”
One Teen Mom fan said: “OMG!!! Is she pregnant?”
Another Teen Mom fan added: “Looks like a baby bump.”
A third Teen Mom fan pointed out: “She does look pregnant and he has his hand on her tummy in one of the pictures.”
ADDRESSING THE RUMORS
Leah then addressed the speculation and squashed those rumors that she might be pregnant in an Instagram Story.
She shut down the rumors by sharing the "daily insights" from her pregnancy calendar.
One of the categories was labeled as: "Chance of getting pregnant."
The chances appeared to be "low."
Leah captioned the post: "Some of y'all's comments are disrespectful as f**k."
The TV personality shares her twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, 12, with ex Corey Simms, to who she was married from 2010 to 2011.
She also shares her youngest child, Addie, with her ex Jeremy Calvert.
SISTERLY LOVE
At the beginning of January, Victoria Messer shared snaps of her Teen Mom 2 sister on social media.
Victoria ended up celebrating the New Year with the MTV star and her new man.
The reality star posed with her sister as she rocked a black gown with a sexy V-neckline.
Jaylan had on a floral shirt and black pants while Victoria picked out a white shirt, leopard-print blazer, and black jeans.
Victoria captioned the post: “Happy New Year!!”
She also gave a shout-out to her baby daddy: “I'm counting down the days until you’re here with us @royer.cr The best is yet to come.”
Victoria announced her engagement to Royer Rodriguez back in August 2021.
