CHANNEL 5 viewers spotted Alex Polizzi back on their screens as she visited Bath on screen last night.
The Hotel Inspector host met Carmine – and fans of the show were stunned by her chemistry with the hunky hotelier.
After taking over from Ruth Watson in 2008, Alex Polizzi has been helping struggling hotel owners turn things around for their business.
Last night's (July 14) instalment of the Channel 5 program saw the presenter and award-winning hotelier make her way to Bath, in Somerset.
While there, she was treated to a stay in The Lamp Post Villa, owned by fellow Italian hotelier Carmine who has found it hard to keep his establishment afloat.
Carmine, a novice hotelier, mentioned that he was alone in taking care of his hotel, which made only made it harder for him to make sure business was running smoothly.

The apparent chemistry didn't stop Alex from getting down to business as she helped the B&B owner keep his business open.
Although viewers sensed she could be getting along with Carmine, Alex has sometimes failed to find a common ground with other hoteliers.
In recent episodes of The Hotel Inspector, Alex was seen visiting Caer Beris Manor in Wales, run by former real estate agent Omar, his wife and his in laws.
The 50-year-old host tried to help the family but Omar was determined to get a Michelin's star for the hotel's restaurant, despite his lack of experience as a chef.
Omar didn't take into account any of Alex's advice and, when she returned after a few months away from the hotel, a row ensued.
