A heartbroken mum grieving the loss of her son moved This Morning viewers as she pleaded with Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis for help with her travel insurance provider.
Mum Rita revealed she had been unable to go on a holiday after the sudden and tragic loss of her son, and when claiming for the lost holiday to her travel insurance provider she'd struggled to get them to cover the vacation.
A shocked Holly and Phil were quick to share their condolences as well as a sympathetic Martin Lewis who told the mum: "First thing to say is, I am so sorry for your loss. What a terrible situation to be in."

The money saving guru continued: "I'm sure the holiday is trivial in comparison, but that's what you get travel insurance for, and they owe you that money.
"I don't know whether your son was planning to come away with you, I doubt it so he probably wasn't covered under the travel insurance but you should be getting a refund for your holiday costs.
"If you're not getting a refund for that holiday you need to understand why. I would make a formal complaint to them," he added.
Martin continued to share his advice as he said: "The thing that people don't realise with travel insurance is because it is a financial product, it is fully regulated by the FCA and that means you have the right to take it to the financial ombudsman if they do not resolve in the way that you need.
"This is the last thing you need right now."
Viewers at home were equally moved by Rita's tragic story, as they shared their support for her on social media.
Writing on Twitter, one viewer sympathised: "As if the poor woman hasn't enough to deal with."
Another wrote: "That Insurance company is a disgrace. They need better policies for dealing with bereaved people!"
Another shared their own similar experience, as they wrote: "Talk talk lost my mums death cert, i had to send a second and they are trying to collect money off my late mum."
Hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby also shared their support for mum Rita after her devastating loss.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
