TOMMY Mallet has shown off his incredible body transformation after being cruelly trolled for gaining weight.

The Baby Steps star, 31, took to Instagram to share an update with fans and revealed how the negative comments helped him reach goals with his fashion brand Mallet London.

Tommy wrote in a post: "I was ranting in 2017 because I was getting trolled on social media about putting weight on.

QI was travelling the world meeting suppliers and Mallet was starting to move in the right direction.

"I ended up getting terrible sciatica and the weight just bundled on and I felt terrible in my self, but I knew the mission needed to be completed."

Former Towie star Tommy included a snap of him being named as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2021 and continued: "Four years later, I got exactly what I said I was setting out to do!

"Followed by losing all the weight and getting in decent shape the year after – if I would of listened to the negativity it could of thrown me off track, and I would never of got Forbes… [sic].

"Don’t let anyone get in the way of what you are manifesting."

He then posted a clip of of him working out, showing the results of his hard work.

Tommy, who shares son Brody, two, with fiancee Georgia Kousoulou, launched Mallet London in 2015 and last year it was reported the brand raked in more than £20m.
