How can I make my own Big Brother slop?
CBS released the secret recipe of the Big Brother slop on Twitter back in June 2017.
Fans can make their very own slop from Big Brother with the following recipe.
To make the slop fans will need 3.5 cups of uncooked steel-cut oats.
The recipe also requires 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of unflavored whey protein powder.
A key ingredient is also the half cup of unflavored soy protein.
In order to make sure the contestants get their daily nutrients the recipe also asks for four teaspoons of vitamin and mineral powder.
The final ingredient used to combine everything together is a total of 12 cups of water.
In order to combing the ingredients make sure to boil the oats first.
Once the oats are cooked the other ingredients are simply added and combined.

CBS is currently on the 24th season of Big Brother.
Season 24 of the show premiered on July 6, 2022.
Big Brother airs three times a week on the CBS channel.
Viewers can tune in to CBS on Sunday and Wednesdays at 8pm ET for new episodes.
