However, Good Morning Britain viewers were today (October 30, 2023) wondering why she was missing from the studio.
Where is Susanna Reid this morning?
Susanna Reid was not at her usual desk in the Good Morning Britain studio on October 30, 2023.
Her co-host Richard Madeley was on the breakfast show as usual, butKate Garraway stepped in to replace Susanna.
The long-serving show anchor has taken the half-term break off, and has actually been away from the show since October 20, 2023.
Susanna always takes the school holidays off as her three children are still at school.

She shares her kids with her former partner, sports presenter Dominic Cotton.
They were together from 1998 until they separated in February 2014.

Susanna's shifts are split between Kate, Ranvir Singh, and Charlotte Hawkings.
Her co-host Richard Madeley will continue to host the show until Wednesday (November 1, 2023).

On Thursday and Friday (November 1 and 2, 2023) Ben Shephard takes on the role.
When will Susanna be back on GMB?
Susanna will back on GMB after the school holidays.
She will be off for the remainder of the week, having informed viewers of her planned absence before she took time off.
In an exchange with Lorraine Kelly, she said: "I am back in two weeks time."
Susanna will return on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 6am.
The programme airs every Monday to Friday from 6am until 9am on ITV.
Piers Morgan presented the show from 2015 until March 2021 until his departure from the job, after which Richard joined the team.
Richard and Susanna have fronted GMB Mondays to Wednesdays since just before Christmas 2021, and have proved a popular duo.
Richard told viewers at the time: "I do it month to month at the moment and I'm very happy too.
"I quite like operating at that level. I've had my main career curve. I'm not seeking another huge career arch.
"We'll see what happens, but I enjoy it, I enjoy doing it."
Meanwhile, Susanna has been on Good Morning Britain since it launched.
Before that the popular presenter was best known for working for the BBC – which is where she started her broadcast career.
From 2003 Susanna became one of the main presenters on BBC Breakfast, with the late Bill Turnbull on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – she previously presented with Charlie Stayt on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

In 2010, she stepped down from presenting Breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays to take a role on a new programme Sunday Morning Live.
However, in 2014 the BBC confirmed her move to ITV to front rival breakfast programme Good Morning Britain, which replaced its former show Daybreak.
